5 easy ways to transition to fall!
Hi there!
How’s your week going? This is an especially fun week for me (it’s my birthday week, yay!). For that reason my husband, Cliff and I are visiting Boston today to celebrate. Now, weather-wise, this is a tricky time of the year. It’s still warm, but not as hot as the summer, and the evenings arrive with a bit of a chill and lower temperatures. Cliff and I like to pack as light is possible, especially when we visit more than one place and have many diverse to do’s planned. So to keep my wardrobe choices light but versatile I had to come up with a handful of items that would adapt to the variety of activities we’re planning for this trip (which include canoeing on a lake with friends, lots of long walks, relaxation, date nights, a handful of work-meetings and more!).
How am I doing it? With simplicity, by choosing comfortable clothes in neutral colors that I can freely dress up or dress down based on the occasion, with the help of amazing jewelry.
So today, I’m sharing with you the 5 early fall outfit ideas and jewelry combinations that not only inspired my wardrobe for this trip, but may inspire you as well as we start transitioning into this new season.
“Statement necklaces are actually a great way to give your outfit a bit more zing. Try bright colors, textures, stud details, metallic details… Just maybe not all at once.”
